The drama series which started airing last year has been working wonders ever since then.
Anant and Gehna’s on-screen pairing has become everyone’s favourite in no time.
Well, before Anant married Gehna, he was in love with Radhika. However, he married Gehna under crucial circumstances.
Post this, Radhika turned negative on the show and created several troubles for Gehna and Anant. She tried her best to separate both of them but failed.
Radhika’s role was played by Krutika Desai. Well, the actress is no more a part of the show and the news of Krutika quitting has left her fans upset.
We got in touch with Krutika who spoke in length about the same.
On being asked the reason behind quitting the show, Krutika said, ”The track got over in May. I am not shooting for the show for more than one and a half months now. People are still believing that I am a part of the show but that’s not the case.”
Further, she spilt on how Radhika’s future track will turn out to be and said, ”I have been told that Radhika’s track will be shown in the future. But I have decided not to do Saathiya because of the gaps between the work, it is difficult for me. I would prefer to take up a role that has a continuous track in the show. I am looking for lead roles in the show.”
Krutika also revealed that she might probably not make a comeback on the show if her track is introduced in the future as she would be involved in other projects at that time.
