Haryanvi dancer Sapna Chaudhary, who was also seen in Bigg Boss 11, has landed in legal trouble.
An FIR for cheating has been lodged against Sapna by Delhi police. This fraud case has been lodged against Sapna and few others and is currently investigated by the economic offences wing of Delhi Police. The actress has been booked under Indian Penal Code section 420,120 B,406; the complaint against the actress has mention of the actress violating the terms and agreement of a company’s agreement and unknowingly taking out the company’s clientele list with the help of an employee.
The complainant, Event Management has mentioned that though they were not willing to work with her, due to her repetitive requests they agreed to work with her and manage her public relation. During her collaboration with the said company, the actress was suggested by the event management company to undergo a makeover, to increase her opportunities in the entertainment business. As per her agreement with the company, she was not allowed to work with any other firm directly or indirectly, also the actress was not allowed to work individually without taking their permission. And as per the complainant, she did not follow the above-mentioned as per her agreement with the company. The complainant also accused the actress of taking money from them and having no plans to repay them.
According to reports, along with the BB11 contestant, her family members, such as her mother Neelam, her brother Karan, her sister-in-law Rachna and her sister Shivani have also been booked by the complainant in his complaint.
